Well to summarize it Concord is pretty much the Gods of Eve. They have never been defeated and are inescapable. If a person is to escape Concord by any means may t be a fluke or a downright miracle you have the chance of being banned from Eve, so unfortunately you just need to let them kill you, especially since they will almost 1 hit everybody.
There is something behind concord which i think goes liek this, for every 10 second that you are still alive 10 more ships will warp in for every ship that is already attacking you, to summarize it you are going to die.
They are the Police in New Eden and they are the law.
They look like Grey + signs, as you are near stargates or stations you cannot help but notice them.
NEVER attack them, not even if it sounds like a good idea at the time because, well, its never a good idea. You will DIE..... EPICALLY!
